From Brooklyn Bridge, NYC to Tower Bridge – the World’s Most Dangerous Row!

Team Ocean Revival have completed their 3,700-mile journey across the North Atlantic Ocean. The team, who have so far raised over £40,000 for RMA – The Royal Marines Charity have become the first team to row from New York to London via this specific route, Brooklyn Bridge to London’s Tower Bridge.

Ocean Revival is a team of serving and former serving Royal Marine Commandos, who have fought alongside each other at 45 Commando. Teaming up, the lads decided to take on the row to take up the fight against plastic in our oceans, whilst also supporting Royal Marines and their families.

Facing a relentless rowing routine of two hours rowing and two hours resting, throughout their journey the team battled ferocious weather systems, sleep deprivation and huge freezing swells over the Mid-Atlantic Ridge.

Thank you to the team members, Matt Mason, Jordan Swift, Ian Clinton, Simon Chalk and Shore Side Manager, Dom Rogers. A truly outstanding effort and amount raised in funds to support the Royal Marines Family.

If you can, please show your support to this tremendous effort for the Royal Marines family. To donate, please visit: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/ocean-revival-2020
