Charles Tobias lived the lives of many men: a record-setting athlete, decorated Marine pilot, and world-traveler who circumnavigated the seas. In 1979, after persuading the Royal Navy to entrust him with the Admiralty recipe, Charles founded Pusser’s Rum in Tortola, BVI and produced the first commercial blend replicating the last “tot” issued to the ships’ companies. This Founder’s Reserve is a tribute to that original Tortola spirit — a robust, authentic rum that mirrors the man who brought it to life.
